Knowledge and Experiences

• Culinary certificate or degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Food safety certification such as Serve-Safe or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in large-scale culinary management.
• Experience with farm-to-table practices, zero-waste initiatives, plastic-free kitchens, and plant-based cooking.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, reading) and fluent in Indonesian.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated culinary excellence, effective management skills, and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Proficient with kitchen machinery and knives, ensuring safe operation.
• Keen sense of taste, texture, temperature, and presentation.
• Passion for high-quality, sustainable cuisine using local ingredients.
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed at 25hours Hotel Jakarta – South Jakarta
