Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economic, or any related degree
– Min. 5 years of working experience in Leasing or Commercial in Mall Industry
– Proficient knowledge of Mall, Real Estate Industry, and current market conditions
– Strong at analyzing and developing marketing and sales strategies
– Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
– Able to build good cooperation with tenants
– Having a pleasant personality & service-oriented
– Excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
– Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
– Willing to be place at Grand Galaxy Park – Bekasi
