Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related degree
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Leasing or Commercial in Mall Industry
- Proficient knowledge of Mall, Real Estate Industry, and current market conditions
- Strong at analyzing and developing marketing and sales strategies
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to build good cooperation with tenants
- Having a pleasant personality & service-oriented
- Having excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Willing to be placed at Hublife – West Jakarta
